| CONDITIONS OF HIRE |
| BOOKINGS. A Booking can be confirmed by a Deposit of $300.00 and Full |
| Payment Six Weeks prior to the Commencement of Hire. |
| BOND. A Cash only Bond is required by the Proprietor on arrival. |
| This will be refunded less the running costs, provided the boat is |
| returned on time in good order and condition. |
| Damage and loss will be charged at cost. |
| CANCELLATIONS |
Where late cancellations occur and we cannot re-book the craft |
for that period, we reserve the right to refund deposits at our discretion. |
